Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd launches second public offer to raise additional capital

Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd (“BLS”) officially launched its second public offering by issuing a Prospectus on the 18th December 2018.
Prospective investors are invited to contact the BLS team to find out more about the progress over the past two years and about the upcoming capital raise process that will close on the 22nd February 2019.

BLS has already secured a significant pipeline of clients and has signed several Electricity Supply Agreements with Body Corporate, Homeowner Association and commercial and industrial clients. The capital raised in the previous round has all been earmarked for deployment and BLS is looking to substantially increase its capital base in the new capital raise process.

BLS’s investment mandate is to invest in companies focused on long term solar energy projects and offers a unique investment opportunity within the renewable energy space. BLS plans to take advantage of the growing demand for solar energy requirements from large corporates and residential developments in South Africa.
