Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd (“BLS”) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the investment into Bright Light Solar PLZ1 (“BLS PLZ1”).

BLS PLZ1 is focused on long term solar and efficient energy projects in the Eastern Cape province, with the first project in Port Elizabeth currently under construction. BLS PLZ1 has concluded its first long term electricity supply and services agreement and is in the final negotiations with several additional residential developments.
