Melissa completed her BA LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018. After practicing as an attorney Melissa moved to the corporate environment at the end of 2019 joining the Bright Light / Sectional Title Solutions Group within the legal department. Melissa started her journey as the Company Secretary in 2024 whilst completing her Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme through the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, to further her passion for the ever evolving world of corporate governance and compliance.
